Dr. Christina Dawson is proud to be the first dentist in her family. She began her academic journey at Southern Methodist University, where she earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Chemistry. Driven by a deep passion for dentistry, she furthered her education at the Texas A&M Health Science Center, Baylor College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During her studies, she participated in the Great Expectations program, focusing her expertise on orthodontics, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dedicated to her professional growth, Dr. Dawson commits to over 50 hours of continuing education each year, keeping abreast of the latest dental technologies and techniques to provide exceptional care to her patients. She emphasizes the importance of building lasting, trusting relationships with her patients, fostering a calm, caring, and professional atmosphere. Her passion for dentistry began at the age of 16, and since then, she has devoted a significant portion of her time to helping others achieve the smiles they have always dreamed of.
An active member of the North Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, Seattle Study Club, and the DFW Cerec Club, Dr. Dawson stays connected with her peers and remains informed about the latest industry developments.
Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Dawson cherishes time spent with her husband and twin boys, enjoying activities such as gourmet cooking, outdoor adventures, gardening, and video gaming. She also coaches her sons' soccer team, underscoring her commitment to community and youth development. Through both her dental practice and her community involvement, Dr. Dawson seeks to make a lasting, positive impact on those around her.
